An Aberdeen office will be opened in the first half of the year, with an overall increase in workforce size (currently 16) of 50% planned and the company investigating the possibility of further offices elsewhere in Scotland and beyond.

The firm has also announced its intention to enter the oil & gas, manufacturing, and food and drink sectors. It also hopes to generate further interest in its business psychology division.It is currently interviewing for new roles based in its Glasgow and Stirling offices.

Colin McAdam, a founding director of McAdam King, says: “We see huge opportunities for growth in certain areas of the Scottish economy. The jobs market in areas such as energy and renewables remains extremely vibrant and employers are increasingly turning to us to find the right candidates for specialist roles.

“We are investing a six-figure sum in this programme over the next three years and we are excited about the possibilities this investment opens up.”
