Infrastructure, construction and engineering recruiter Resourcing International has appointed Carl Simington as international recruitment manager for its Middle East operations.
Tue, 24 Jan 2012Infrastructure, construction and engineering recruiter Resourcing International has appointed Carl Simington as international recruitment manager for its Middle East operations.

Simington will work alongside Ikram Rabbani, the firm’s Middle East country manager, and will be initially based from the firm’s UK offices, before moving to Dubai in February when the new office is launched.

Carl previously worked for parent company Resourcing Solutions, focusing on rail industry recruitment in the UK.

Richard Lawrance, Resourcing Solutions’ chief executive, says: “Carl and Ikram’s expertise of recruiting in infrastructure and the built environment throughout the gulf region will support our client’s overseas recruitment needs of the hard to find scarce skills.”
