Global executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Lorraine Mphahlele as client partner and head of its industrial practice for South Africa, based in Johannesburg.

She joins from executive search firm Leaders Unlimited, where she was chief executive. Mphahlele is also the executive chair of investment firm Investment for African Women. She has been in executive search since 2006, having previously worked in the personal beauty industry, for Revlon and Wella.
