IT recruiter Darwin has launched a three-year leadership programme for senior consultants.

The company is opening its first overseas office in Amsterdam next year, and has seen headcount increase by nearly 50% in the past three years.The business’s chief executive Paul Kirby comments: “We owe our growth to the recruitment of local people and have always nurtured young talent in house, but there comes a time when you need to develop your senior team beyond standard sales training to get the most out of them.”
