Xansa is set to continue managing Thames Water's back office processes after the completion of a new 12-month deal. The company deals with disputed bills and correspondence, and handles around 700,000 customer interactions a year. Kevin O'Byrne, client director at Xansa, said: "Having worked with Thames Water for over 18 years, and with successful implementation of IT and BPO programmes behind us, we are looking to further develop this relationship using our expert knowledge."
