Working fathers are bringing their work home

Working dads are finding it difficult to maintain a healthy work/life balance, according to a new survey.

The survey, from Monster Worldwide, found that 61% of dads are bringing work home every week and 75% believe this interferes with their relationship with their child.

The survey also found that 73% would stay at home if money was not an issue and of those dads who were offered paternity leave, only 51% took up the offer.
