Care provider Priory Group says it is seeking “professional, caring and enthusiastic” workers to fill up to 1,000 new jobs.

Care provider Priory Group says it is seeking “professional, caring and enthusiastic” workers to fill up to 1,000 new jobs.

Priory Group is recruiting home managers, registered mental nurses, care assistants, domestic staff including chefs to work in at least 17 new care homes in Belfast, Coleraine, North Down and Ards, Craigavon and Ballymena.  

A spokesperson for Priory Group told Recruiter: “Home managers and qualified nurses must have the relevant professional qualifications. All staff will be professional, caring and enthusiastic - a lot of the residents they care for will have dementia.

“There are also a number of new homes coming on line in England and these will create more jobs - 60/70 per home, with three recently announced totalling around 200 new jobs in Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Hereford.”
