Women on interim assignment on rise

The number of women on interim assignments rose in Q3, according to the Interim Management Association’s (IMA) latest quarterly Ipsos MORI market audit.

The number of women on interim assignments rose in Q3, according to the Interim Management Association’s (IMA) latest quarterly Ipsos MORI market audit.

The research shows women completed 39% of assignments in Q3, up 10 percentage points from last quarter.

Meanwhile, there has also been an increase in the number of completed assignments by interim providers in Q3, up by 11% on the beginning of the year.

IMA chairman Paul Botting says: “We are always active in encouraging a diverse mix of individuals into the interim management industry and we hope to see this positive trend continuing its upward progression.”
