Advice for recruiters on surviving the downturn

Payroll and back office support service provider, PayDynamics has issued a free white paper with tips for recruiters on beating the credit crunch.

The paper offers money-saving tactics that are good for the environment and bottom line, including how to turn negatives into positives, while explaining smart outsourcing and showcases how some recruiters have survived hard times on the road to success.

The document also examines the merits of outsourcing non-essential functions such as back office and payroll and using the right partner to deliver savings.

Sandra Robertson, group operations director at PayDynamics, said: “Recruitment companies can be particularly vulnerable in an economic downturn due to the falling demand for candidates. Our new white paper advises recruitment companies on how to cut costs without compromising the quality of service they provide, to help them survive the credit crunch.”
