Information management provider Achilles Group has appointed Paul Wesley as group HR director for its global operation.

Wesley joins from the SHL Group where he was group HR director.

Commenting on his appointment, Wesley said: “We are a truly multi-national company, with employees across the world, and I see my role as ensuring the Achilles’ HR team supports our people in all countries as we expand. We have a very exciting business and the opportunities for growth and development are many and varied.”

He spent his early career in a number of HR roles at blue chip companies including Allied Domecq, Boots, Friends Provident and the Fosters Brewing Group. He will be based in the UK at Achilles headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
