Welsh acquisition

Gap Personnel acquires Job Market.

North Wales-based recruitment firm Gap Personnel has acquired Job Market recruitment agency in Chippenham, Wiltshire, for an undisclosed sum.

The deal is the third of several acquisitions planned this year for Gap Personnel which is based in Johnstown, near Wrexham.

Earlier this week the company revealed it had gained a controlling stake in Northamptonshire’s HML Personnel in a deal worth more than £500,000 and had also acquired Yorkshire’s Castle Recruitment for an undisclosed sum.

The deals represent significant additions to the company which is one of the fastest growing independent recruitment specialists and which is aiming to double its turnover to £100m by the end of 2012.
