VMA Group has launched a new division providing personal and professional development for organisations and their communications teams.

VMA Enhance, the new division of the selection and interim management specialist for the public relations, corporate communications and investor relations industries, will be led by associate director Charlotte Butler.

The practice will offer personal development programmes, consultancy in-team structure and effectiveness, executive coaching and talent showcase events.

VMA Enhance will focus on continuous development and mentoring delivered by a network of accredited associates from the communications profession, while network members will also deliver the programmes and services.
