Public relations, corporate communications and investor relations interim management recruiter VMA Group is to formally integrate its sister company Interim Performers into VMA Group.

Interim Performers will now be known as Interim Performers, part of VMA Group.

VMA Group’s Interim Practice, which focuses on external and internal communications roles, will merge with Interim Performers to form a new PR and Corporate Communications Practice addressing both public and private sector assignments and capitalise on wider market opportunities.

Julia Meighan, chief executive of VMA Group, says: “The move to integrate Interim Performers into VMA Group makes absolute sense as we’ve been working together closely for the past five years. It’s great to be bringing together two of the market leading companies in their sectors. This is all part of VMA Group’s overall objective of growing our markets, not just here in the UK but also globally.”

James Fallan, newly appointed managing director of Interim Performers, says: “This is great news for the interim market as well as for interim PR and Corporate Communications professionals. Interim Performers as part of VMA Group will now be able to offer clients and interim managers an enlarged network and the benefit of shared client relationships.

“We have a very skilled and professional team with a great track record in both public and commercial assignments, which gives us another string to our bow.”
