European sales and marketing recruiter Verticality has adopted the iProfile new SaaS (Software-as-a- Service) search tool to all of its recruiters.

European sales and marketing recruiter Verticality has adopted the iProfile new SaaS (Software-as-a- Service) search tool to all of its recruiters.

Recruiters will benefit from working with a candidate database that is constantly updated from within its iProfile Network.

Stephen Grainger, founding director at Verticality, says: “Our strength is based upon our ability to fundamentally understand what is important to our clients and one of our main challenges is managing the ever-increasing candidate database so that we’re able to respond quickly with the most relevant match to our clients’ needs.

“It’s simply not possible to keep our database up to date on our efforts alone, but in outsourcing the data management to iProfile, I’m confident it will ensure we have access to relevant candidates that we would otherwise miss.”
