The sale of a 70% stake in sales recruitment firm Pareto Law to Vedior will enable its expansion abroad, Pareto Law director and co-founder Jonathan Fitchew said.
Fitchew told Recruiter that "any country with a developing economy, an education system and where they speak English is an opportunity for Pareto Law". Vedior's vast experience in international growth was one factor that made the global giant an attractive partner, Fitchew said.
No firm plans have been made for a first office abroad, but Fitchew acknowledged: "Dubai is my most concentrated thought at the moment."
