International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Kristina Vaivadaite as a new partner and co-owner of the company.

Vaivadaite has worked at Pedersen & Partners since 2004 as country manager for Lithuania and heads operations in Finland and Belarus.

She has extensive experience in conducting senior level executive search assignments across the Baltic countries and throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
