Employers seem to appreciate their employees' need for flexibility, says a survey of 2,082 US workers from Hudson. About 78% of the workforce rates their employer favourably when it comes to allowing them to take extra time for personal matters. Virtually the same number (80%) also say their bosses are accepting if they need to stay home when they are under the weather.
