The poll of more than 1,000 workers found 31.4% are prepared to sacrifice salary for more time off.

The research also found 41.3% of 16-24 year olds, more than half (56.3%) of HR professionals, and over two fifths (42.6%) of finance professionals would consider lower base salaries to get more like more holidays.
