Melissa Baxter has been appointed principal for the charities and not-for-profit division of interim management recruiter Russam GMS.

She will work on interim recruitment, executive search and recruiting trustees under Trustees Unlimited, the firm’s joint venture run in partnership with charity body NCVO and law firm Bates Wells & Braithwaite.
