Talent management consultancy Ramsey Hall has seen turnover rise by 70% to £400,000 in its results for the past 12 months.

The group has expanded its talent management services including executive search, boardroom direction, leadership development, interim management and business psychology support.

Matthew Davis, talent management practice leader, says: “The nature of this recession means businesses are looking for the very best strategic leadership. As such we are being asked to take on increasingly complex challenges including boardroom recruitment and organisational restructuring.
