Turnover has fallen at industrial recruiter Extrastaff, according to results for the year ended 31 December 2009.

The firm’s results reveal:

• Turnover fell to £9.6m from £10.25m (2008)
• gross profit of £2.27m, down from £2.8m
• operating profit of £46,709, down from £374,360
