Professional services firm Towers Watson & Co has announced the completion of the merger of Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt.

Professional services firm Towers Watson & Co has announced the completion of the merger of Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt.

The transaction forms Towers Watson and was first announced last June. 

Watson Wyatt chief executive, John Haley assumes the role of Towers Watson’s chairman and chief executive, while Towers Perrin chief executive, Mark Mactas, becomes deputy chairman, president and chief operating officer.
