Totaljobs.com applications tops 2.3m in September

Jobs board Totaljobs.com has seen a year-on-year increase of 45% in website traffic in September, and a 41% increase in job applications, totalling 2.3m applications through the website.

The company has also seen a large increase in the use of mobile techonology to access its site.

John Salt, Director of totaljobs.com says “Now one in nine of all visits are from a mobile device and over 4% of applications are made via mobiles. This is expected to grow extensively over the next few years. By offering jobseekers the ability to access job adverts on the go, they can be more targeted in their approach to applying for jobs.”
