Social media sites are a useful tool in uncovering talent but the secret to success in executive search is to provide top level advice on who is best suited for a role, according to Tony Vardy, managing director at executive search firm Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann.

In addition, this issue’s sector focus examines how public sector recruitment departments are coping with cuts. And of course all the last fortnight’s top recruitment news.
