Timothy James Consulting is moving to the next stage of its long-term plan for all staff to own shares in the company.

Timothy James Consulting is moving to the next stage of its long-term plan for all staff to own shares in the company.

Managing director and co-founder Chris O’Connell told Recruiter the company intends releasing more shares at the turn of the year.

O’Connell said the move is part of plans to increase the number of staff owning shares from around a third of staff now to more than half by the end of 2010, and eventually for all staff to own shares.

O’Connell told Recruiter: “Employee share ownership and employees having a stake in the company is one of the best ways to motivate people, and to build a successful company.

“Our long-term vision is to create as many millionaires as possible and for all staff to own shares in the company.”
