Sean Smith and former Wales rugby captain Gareth Thomas have launched legal recruitment company Sean Smith & Associates.

The company will predominantly target criminal and civil law firms.

Thomas will play an active day-to-day role in the business, focusing on diversity management and training, according to a statement from the company. In 2007 he became the first Welshman to win 100 international caps.
