The website, launched last month, already has 50,000 members from senior level professions and businesses.
General manager Sarah Drew told Recruiter: "It's gone crazy since January. We have been driving jobseekers to the site by advertising on Google and MSN and by being visible at industry conferences.
"I hope we can replicate the success that the company has in the US, currently producing £30m of revenue, within four years."
TheLadders.com launched in the US in 2003 and has 1.7m subscribers.
