Study shows 10am is best time for a job interview
The best time for a job interview is 10am, according to research carried out for tea manufacturer Typhoo.
Researchers say people are most alert within a couple hours of waking, so candidates will make a better impression.
According to the study 9am is the worst time for stress as we are three times more likely to suffer heart attacks in early morning than late evening.
The best time to be assertive is 11am say the researchers as problem-solving and reasoning peak in mid-morning.
The study showed noon was the best time for decision-making. Brain power peaks before noon, and your body temperature has also reached an optimum level, which gives brain efficiency a further boost, the researchers said.
