Taleo partnership

NCO Group has agreed to deploy Taleo’s global recruitment solutions.

Talent management provider Taleo Corporation announced that business process outsourcer NCO Group will deploy its global recruiting solution starting with the US and Canada in early spring.

NCO Group selected the solution based on Taleo’s global reach, flexible integration with other HR technologies, and depth of functionality when it came to online recruiting of the salaried and hourly candidates that make up the company’s talent pool.

“As a BPO service provider, our 27,500 employees are at the core of our service offerings -- without them, we simply can’t deliver on our client initiatives to reduce operating expenses, increase cash flow, and improve the customers’ experience,” said Cherie Sugg, senior vice president of HR, NCO Group.  “We needed a recruiting solution that helped us uncover the best candidates for positions in our operation centers across the globe. Taleo not only offered the most robust recruiting solution, but their proven expertise within the financial services space made them even more attractive as we made our purchase decision.”

NCO Group, which opened in 1926, operates a global network of more than 140 operations centres providing clients with successful BPO solutions, including accounts receivable management, customer relationship management services, and back office services across a broad range of industries.

“Early on, Taleo recognised the importance of building a recruiting application that supported companies such as NCO Group in their quest to hire candidates in locations across the globe,” said Michael Gregoire, president and chief executive of Taleo.
