Recruitment marketplace TalentPuzzle has launched a new vendor management solution which aims to simplify the recruitment process for employers by allowing them to centrally manage all of their recruitment suppliers.

The vendor management tool enables employers to invite their current preferred recruitment suppliers list (PSL) to TalentPuzzle and manage all interactions in one place as well as tracking performance of suppliers, giving information on cost and time to hire and providing an effectiveness rating based on the number of CVs submitted, interviews held and placements made.
