Synergie sees earnings surge

International recruiter Synergie, whose stable includes UK subsidiary recruitment and training provider Acorn Recruitment, has seen earnings rise to €309.9m (£253.5m) for Q2 of 2010.

International recruiter Synergie, whose stable includes UK subsidiary recruitment and training provider Acorn Recruitment, has seen earnings rise to €309.9m (£253.5m) for Q2 of 2010.

The firm’s Q2 results also reveal:

  • A 35.6% increase in Q2 sales across its operations in Europe and Canada compared to the same quarter last year,
  • Revenue of €309.9m, compared with €224.2m for the same period last year.
  • H1 sales rose to €548.4m, compared with €429.6m in the first half-year of 2009, up 27.7%.
  • Q2 sales in Europe and Canada rose by 63.1% and by 52.6% in the first half of this year compared with last.

A Synergie spokesman said: “The Synergie Group has seen its strategy established two years ago confirmed with the objective of increasing to 50 per cent its international sales by the end of 2011 and to consolidate its position as the fourth largest French group in the management of human resources.”
