Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Heidrick & Struggles has recruited Harpreet Grewal as executive VP, chief financial officer and treasurer for Constant Contact, a provider of email marketing, event marketing and online survey tools for small businesses, non-profits, and member associations.

Grewal joins the company from senior executive job search platform TheLadders.com where he was chief financial officer.
