Executive search firm The Executive Source has completed a search for food and drink giant Pepsi Co with the appointment of Jessica Tolle as vice president, organisational and management development, human resources.
Tolle will lead organisational and talent development, change management, and strategic learning and development initiatives across three divisions: PepsiCo Beverages Americas (PBA), Global Nutrition Group (GNG) and Corporate Human Resources.
