Stribbling joins Lorien to expand RPO division

Movers & Shakers

Lorien Resourcing has appointed Miles Stribbling as director responsible for the continued expansion within its recruitment outsourcing (RPO) and consultancy services division.

For the past 10 years Stribbling has been involved in developing recruitment outsourcing models for some of the UK’s most prominent banks and commercial organisations, including Visa Europe, Xerox, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, Barclays Wealth and Colt Telecom.

During much of this time he worked closely with James Kelly, chief executive of Lorien Resourcing, in Kelly’s previous capacity as a managing director of Resource Solutions, where Stribbling was recently MD - operations.

Both myself and James Kelly, CEO of Lorien Resourcing, believe passionately in the continued development of the recruitment outsourcing market, and the value it delivers for our current and future clients

Kelly described Stribbling as “a truly brilliant client relationship director but also a domain expert second to none in the RPO industry”.

Stribbling said: “With the RPO industry in a period of significant change I am very excited to be joining Lorien Resourcing. The whole organisation has an appetite to create real and tangible value for their client base, through the delivery of cutting edge solutions. This is coupled with a keen ambition to develop their client portfolio.”
