Survey reveals the most stressful places to work in London
The Docklands is the most stressful place to work, beating the City and the West End, according to research from recruiter Robert Half Financial Services Group.
It found that stress is widespread in the City, with nearly half of workers feeling it.
Branch manager Neil Owen says: “As the war for talent continues to intensify, employers will need to be aware of employee workloads and offer a wider range of benefits such as flexi-time, extra holiday and gym subsidies that help workers manage stress levels.”
The study found that workers overcome stress through exercise (34%) and socialising (24%).
