Insurance firm AXA-Minmetals Assurance has agreed a deal with StepStone Solutions to use its new e-recruitment management platform.

Insurance firm AXA-Minmetals Assurance has agreed a deal with StepStone Solutions to use its new e-recruitment management platform.

The firm is introducing the new system to support rapid business development and help win financial services talent in China’s expanding economy.

Peng Jian, recruitment manager at AXA, says: “Being people-oriented, AXA recruitment managers spend a lot of time interviewing candidates to understand their characters, individual abilities and career goals.

“It’s the responsibility of the recruitment manager to decide, according to his experience and judgment, whether the candidate is suitable. To optimise workflow, we wanted the system to handle the process in a standardised way, from screening resumes to coordinating various parties and arranging interviews.”
