Recruitment company Blue Arrow is flexing its muscles in the Olympic arena by signing a three-year deal to help find jobs and work placements for athletes.

It has become the official recruitment partner for Team GB and The Olympic and Paralympic Employment Network (OPEN).

Blue Arrow UK chief executive Mark Adams claimed that the scheme would help “introduce ambassadors for best practice into the workplace”.
