Spring Personnel has been awarded a three-year contract to act as the preferred supplier for temporary administration, clerical and secretarial staff to the London Borough of Hillingdon.

Spring Personnel, part of Spring Group, takes over from Adecco. The contract, its fifth public sector win in the past year, comes after a tendering process by the council, in collaboration with a number of other London authorities, as part of the London Supplies Group.

Andrew Malin, head of central support: finance and procurement, told Recruiter: "Following evaluation, Spring Personnel was chosen on a combination of quality and price."

Spring will handle job profiling, candidate attraction management, interviewing/assessment, referencing, shortlisting, candidate assignment and workforce management.
