Spring Law is expanding its team with a new consultancy offering, to recruit legal talent from across the UK.
The new Spring Law consultants are senior, entrepreneurial lawyers who will operate from their own satellite work spaces across the UK while having full use of the Spring Law headquarters in London when required. They will also have access to Spring Law’s IT systems and databases via a virtual office connection, as well as full administration and compliance support from head office.
The consultants will complement Spring Law’s existing team of lawyers operating in commercial, corporate, employment, insolvency, intellectual property, litigation and arbitration, private client and property.
Tim Perry, managing director of Spring Law, says: “Our new organisational model will enable us to service clients across the UK and perhaps in the near future internationally. There are currently a large number of senior level solicitors, often with their own client followings, who may have either been released from employment through departmental restructuring or who have grown disillusioned with working within the constraints of a traditional law firm. Spring Law wishes to harness this talent by offering these lawyers the flexibility to work from wherever they like geographically, whilst being part of a London based, highly regarded, full service law firm which prides itself on delivering excellence. Significant savings in office overheads are passed directly onto our clients who benefit from a seamless high level service offering.”
