Spencer Ogden’s chief executive David Spencer-Percival says: “As a new agency, it was crucial we laid the appropriate software and system foundations. The Bullhorn platform will grow organically with Spencer Ogden, while allowing us to provide the best service possible for our consultants, contacts and candidates.”

Meanwhile, Bullhorn continues its growth in the UK and aims to take on more dedicated UK support staff, engineers and additions to its sales team early this year, according to UK marketing director Peter Linas.
