Small Talk: Apprentice star’s success down to ‘results-driven’ focus, says Bull

The Apprentice star Natasha Scribbins’ success in making the last five in this year’s competition is down to her “results-driven” focus, according to Mark Bull, chief executive of Randstad UK.
Scribbins left the competition this week, just missing out on a final appearance and the chance to go into partnership with business supremo Lord Alan Sugar.
Bull told Recruiter that Scribbins, who worked for recruitment giant Randstad until September 2010, had reaped the rewards of a career in recruitment.
“This series of The Apprentice is all about the skills you need to run your own business. So it didn’t surprise me that Natasha, with her recruitment background, made it to the final five, as most recruiters I know have an entrepreneurial spirit gained through running their own client and candidate portfolios and a results-driven focus that all successful self-starters need to have.”
