RPO provider Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has hired Gabriela Skeoch and Tim Curtis as global head of technology consulting and head of business intelligence.
 
Skeoch, who spent 12 years at financial firm UBS, will develop this as a stand-alone consulting offering and to ensure that technology strengthens and supports its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions effectively, enabling AMS to deliver true operational excellence.

Curtis, who has worked at Accenture, KPMG Consulting, ATOS Consulting and Marconi, will lead development of a series of information services that will underpin the solutions AMS delivers for its clients, providing evidence-based measurement of its operational performance and strategic insight into the dynamics and influencing factors on the wider recruitment environment.
