AllAboutCareers.com, which provides students aged16-24 with targeted career information and jobs, has launched a dashboard for recruiters to access real-time information on their campaigns.

Among the 60 organisations working with AllAboutCareers are Allen & Overy, JP Morgan, National Grid and Slaughter & May.

Co-founder Paul Harris told Recruiter that the aim was to be completely transparent regarding activity on the site. Recruiters can view general information on visitor numbers, page views and registered users, but also find out how many people have visited their profile and clicked through to their website and, importantly, who they are. They can also view a breakdown of who has recently looked at their profile by university, course, sector and educational stage.

Employers can edit their own profile, post jobs, add events and manage their adverts directly, which Harris claims is a first for the university graduate market. “We wanted to give complete control to the employer,” he said.

Recruiters can also precisely target what they post at users, whether it’s a job or event, by university, educational stage, location or industry sector.

“The site as it appears is very much the beginning for us,” says Harris, who co-founded the site with school friend Jack Denton after they discovered a dearth of careers information for aspiring lawyers when they graduated (their first project was AllAboutLaw).

“We’re going to be adding roughly eight new sections this year and one system in particular that will be included in the curriculum for various schools from the start of this academic year.”
