A free recruitment website which allows users to advertise jobs and receive applications, has been launched.

RecruitCOP, an abbreviation of Recruitment Codes of Practice, has been set up to ensure quality systems are followed and avert rogue agencies and practices.

Creator Steve Padraig told Recruiter: “By defining rules in the recruitment process all parties can be sure that their best interests are at heart. All job applicants are given the same job description as supplied by the employer. “Consultants compete on a level playing field because they have to abide by the rules of the website’s codes of practice.”
