The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) held a Researchers & Associates Summit in London yesterday, which was attended by more than 100 delegates from the UK, Europe, Canada, the US and Australia.

Attendees saw demonstrations of technology tools to help researchers refine their searches, heard useful techniques and tips by experts, and debated, among other things, the future of research and how to prepare for any changes ahead.

President of AESC Peter Felix said about the future technology changes to the industry: “Just imagine what it will be in 10 years’ time. Technology is changing the nature of the business we’re in.”
