Clinical and scientific recruitment firm Affinity Recruitment Solutions has restructured and launched a new website to target four specialist recruitment growth areas and expand its managed services client base.

The restructure sees Affinity Recruitment Solutions focus on four key sectors: clinical research, biomedical, chemical and forensic science.

Adrian Skipper, group managing director, says: “We have restructured our recruitment services around our core strengths and going forward our focus will be on oncology clinical research, biomedical, chemical and forensic science. The growth of jobs in these areas outstrip the supply of qualified personnel, but employers are seeking high calibre candidates -  so recruitment in these areas requires a specialist service, which generalist recruitment firms do not offer. In addition, as a result of scientific skills shortages in the UK we are widening our net to attract quality candidates from the rest of Europe.
