Santander has launched the Santander School Leaver Programme.

Designed for post A-level students interested in a career in financial services, the programme offers on-the-job experience in a five year structured development programme in customer facing roles across the bank and contact centre networks. Attendees will also work towards achieving their Chartered Banker Status, a professional qualification equivalent to a degree level qualification.

Simon Lloyd, HR director, Santander, says, “At Santander our most valuable asset is our people and we have a wide range of support programmes available to staff which provide for truly rewarding careers.
