Santander launches school leaver programme

Santander has launched the Santander School Leaver Programme. 

Santander has launched the Santander School Leaver Programme. 

Designed for post A-level students interested in a career in financial services, the programme offers on-the-job experience in a five year structured development programme in customer facing roles across the bank and contact centre networks. Attendees will also work towards achieving their Chartered Banker Status, a professional qualification equivalent to a degree level qualification.
