RSA deal for Interim Partners

Interim manager provider Interim Partners has won a contract to exclusively provide interim change managers to RSA (previously known as Royal & Sun Alliance).

The company will be supplying interims to the RSA’s business transformation team.

Andrew McIntee, head of Interim Partners’ financial services practice, told Recruiter: “We’re delighted to be awarded this supplier contract to partner with RSA for the next two years. It is a significant boost to our ambitions to be the number one provider of interim managers to the financial services sector.”

McIntee added: “We will be sourcing personnel who will help keep RSA at the forefront of the insurance sector, sharpening their competitive edge and promoting their future success.

“The financial services sector is becoming an increasingly active user of interim managers as it reacts to the fallout from the credit crunch and repositions itself for a different economic and regulatory environment.

“Clever use of good change management interims can be a cost-effective and efficient way of positioning a company to take advantage of any upturn in the economy.”
