Rockpools is launching an executive development programme, a specially tailored, free workshop designed to give executives from all sectors the skills and advice needed to succeed in today’s job market.

The programme is aimed at those seeking executive and non-executive roles within the private, public or not for profit sectors.  It will cover how the job market works, give tips on getting the attention of headhunters, will highlight the importance of ensuring personal and organisational values are aligned, and getting the basics right of job applications and networking.

Rockpools’ chair and senior partner Hamish Davidson and Rockpools’ consultant Elizabeth Solaru will be presenting at the event.
