National recruitment network gap personnel has appointed Andy Robson-Graham to head up its specialist technical division.

As new divisional director, Robson-Graham will focus on the expansion of the technical division, based in Chester, with a view to establishing a second branch in the South of the UK.

Robson-Graham will work alongside operations director Emma Ceballos to target potential clients in the high technology, infrastructure and energy sectors on a national level.
